All travel services are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier.

5. Pricing and Availability

Refunds, if applicable:

  • Are subject to Supplier approval.

  • May take several weeks to process.

  • May exclude non-refundable deposits or service fees.

Level 1 Travel is not responsible for Supplier-imposed penalties or non-refundable charges.

You are solely responsible for:

1. Agency Role

Level 1 Travel (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) acts solely as an independent travel agency and intermediary between clients (“Client,” “you”) and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and other service providers (“Suppliers”).

We do not own, control, or operate any Supplier services.

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective Supplier.

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • Required deposits or full payment are received, and

  • Written confirmation is issued by Level 1 Travel or the Supplier.

Until confirmation is issued, pricing and availability are not guaranteed.

3. Deposits and Payment

  • Deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Final payment deadlines vary by Supplier and will be communicated at booking.

  • Failure to make timely payment may result in automatic cancellation.

  • We reserve the right to charge credit cards for authorized amounts.

Client authorizes Level 1 Travel to process payment for agreed services.

4. Pricing and Changes

Prices:

  • Are subject to change until confirmed.

  • May include government taxes, carrier surcharges, fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, or Supplier-imposed fees.

  • May increase after booking if allowed by Supplier terms.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after confirmation.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation penalties vary by Supplier and may include:

  • Loss of deposit

  • Partial refund

  • No refund

Level 1 Travel may charge administrative fees for changes or cancellations in addition to Supplier penalties.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Level 1 Travel is not responsible for losses due to:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Baggage loss

  • Travel interruptions

Declining travel insurance constitutes acknowledgment of risk.

7. Travel Documents

Client is solely responsible for:

  • Valid passports (typically 6 months validity required)

  • Visas

  • Vaccinations

  • Entry requirements

  • Compliance with customs and immigration laws

Level 1 Travel is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation. Level 1 Travel agents, whether contracted or employed, are not permitted to discuss personal travel documents.

8. Supplier Responsibility Disclaimer

Level 1 Travel is not responsible for:

  • Acts, omissions, negligence, or insolvency of Suppliers

  • Schedule changes

  • Overbooking

  • Mechanical failures

  • Weather events

  • Government actions

  • Strikes

  • Pandemics

  • Force majeure events

Any disputes regarding service quality must be addressed directly with the Supplier.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Nevada law:

  • Level 1 Travel shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Total liability shall not exceed the total service fees paid directly to Level 1 Travel for the booking in dispute.

10. Governing Law

These Booking Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Nevada.
